Working principle

Four rollers crusher is fixed with four high-strength wear-resistant alloy grinding rollers. The relatively rotation of the rollers make a high extrusion pressure and shear force for crushing the material. Through the feed opening, the raw materials fall into the space between the two rollers, after being extruded, sheared and crushed, the final products drop naturally. When there are unbreakable materials or the material is too big, the roller will concede automatically under the effects of spring and hydraulic pressure. Then, it is secondly crushed by the middle two rollers until the material becomes the required size.
